From the West/ Rockland County
I-87 East over the Tappan Zee Bridge - stay in right lane - Exit 9 immediately follows the toll plaza on your right - Take exit 9 - turn left at traffic light at end of ramp on to Broadway / Route 9 South - Travel on Route 9 South 1.8 miles to Main Street in Irvington (Gas Station on your right). Turn right on to Main Street, travel down the hill to the end, (train station) turn right onto Astor Street and continue over the bridge crossing the railroad tracks. You are now traveling south on Bridge Street. PARK in the lot immediately to your right marked “Private Lot: Bridge Street Tenants and Patrons Only.” Enter the building at the green awning marked "One Bridge Street" adjacent to "ONE" Restaurant. Walk up the stairs and proceed down the hall. At the end of the Hall turn Left. We are the last office on the right hand side (Suite 24).
