From the North I-684, Taconic State Parkway or Saw Mill River Parkway to I-87 West to Exit 9 /Last exit before the Tappan Zee Bridge. Left at traffic light at end of ramp on to Route 119 West - travel 1/3 mile - Left at next traffic light on to Broadway / Route 9 South. Travel on Route 9 South 1.8 miles to Main Street in Irvington (Gas Station on your right). Turn right on to Main Street, travel down the hill to the end, (train station) turn right onto Astor Street and continue over the bridge crossing the railroad tracks. You are now traveling south on Bridge Street. PARK in the lot immediately to your right marked “Private Lot: Bridge Street Tenants and Patrons Only.” Enter the building at the green awning marked "One Bridge Street" adjacent to "ONE" Restaurant. Walk up the stairs and proceed down the hall. At the end of the Hall turn Left.  We are the last office on the right hand side (Suite 24).
